Sim

I have to say that once we did the practice simulation for IBB, I really enjoyed it and appreciated it. I think it is interesting how we view the different topics and issues. The one thing Mr. Meehan said was that there is usually no one answer. I think that is important. As administrators, we are generally problem solvers and therefore jump right to a conclusion. Through the IBB process though we can get out some different solutions. So, I really did like this aspect.
