Collective Bargaining-2nd Saturday

I thought Jerry and his presentation was pretty informative once we got started. Like Neil stated, it would of been nice to of had access to this information before the start of the negotiation simulation. The negotiation process we received was very informative and useful and will come in handy on the remainder of our simulation project. The material helped reinforce what I have learned in regards to mediation as Todd and I will be presenting on that topic. The discussion at the end of the day in reference to IBB and the group activities did help liven up the afternoon.
