Review of day #3

It was very interesting listening to Jerry today. Many of the things he says makes great sense and I have a hard timing understanding why people can't use common sense when they are making contractual decisions. We need to relize there are logical solutions to complex problems if everyone involved in the decision making process has the same information. Looking back at my experience with IBB I think I finally understand why I didn't feel very good about the process. The administrators in our district were the only ones that were trained in the process. None of the teachers were trained so they didn't know what was expected of them. In IBB there has to be a high level of trust.
