I like the give and take!

It seemed that we had a good session and a half today in our scenario. It is somewhat simple when you have spent so much time on a specific issue, but seem lost when your teammates have their own area of specialization and you aren't as versed in their issue. I think there is an advantage to have two or three people keeping track of what is being said at the table. This gives me the chance as the lead to give the attention I need to, to keep posture and eye contact with the other side. I would like to think I am being seen as fair, but that would have to be answered by the other side.
