Sunday was the wrap up of a very informative three weekends of classes. I have learned tons of information about the negotiation process from the presentations, guest speakers and the simulation activity. Dr. Closen's class was probably one of the most beneficial classes of the program. It was good to finish the simulation activity with a signed contract.
It is always to hear from Jay and Dennis from a law standpoint. We use Jay in our school district and he does a very good job. I enjoyed how Dennis went through the contract and highlighted some key areas or components to pay attention to. I also liked how Jay discussed the issues of the salary part of the contract.
Once again I thought this was a great class. Hats off to Dr. Closen and everyone that was a part of these three imformative weekends.
