Learning Curve

I too enjoyed going through the start of the simulation. We found out very quickly that even the smallest details need to be organized and agreed upon prior to going in to negotiations. It was also interesting how the other side seemed to control the process but then again...that might must be our strategy, haha! After reading through the scenarios, there are so many aspects that impact every perspective and detail. I appreciated the powerpoint as a way to organize the approach and would also like to get a copy of Dr. Closen's handbook. I also realized that I might approach negotiations much differently than the district in which I work. Thanks for all the info! And, I appreciate the experiences of the individuals in the class.
