I made a stupid mistake in our first session of bargaining. Neil caught me off guard by demanding video taping of the bargaining sessions. Furthermore, that he had a legal right to do it. My past experience with bargaining is this has never been an issue or even discussed. I wasn't sure how to handle his legal fiction and forgot the distinction between open and closed meetings. It would have saved us 30 minutes at the table.
