Let The Games Begin

Bargaining today was an interesting process. I found it difficult not to interject my own comments and opinions into the process while at the table. I was not prepared for the responses that came from the other side of the table and I found it helpful because it forced me to consider how the other side would respond. I can see how being prepared for negotiations and trying to anticipate what the other side will do is probably of more value than anything. Being able to respond to their questions with accurate information carries more weight and lends credibility to your proposals. We made adequate progress and I believe that we will be able to reach a settlement that is equitable for both sides.
