First Day Reflection

Yesterday's class was extremely informative. I have absolutely zero experience in collective bargaining and negotiations, so all of this is completely new to me. Listening to the experiences most of you have had in your own districts is most beneficial. I'm really looking forward to the simulation, as I believe actually participating in the process will prove to be the best method for learning the process.
