First Day Reflection

Collective bargaining is an area that I have little background knowledge. Today was a day to start learning about the process. The group activity that was used as an example with questions for each group to focus on was an effective way to look at all sides of the matter. Opportunities for discussing the different scenarios with classmates was the best part of the day. Having the chance to actually participate in a simulation is something I am excited about doing. Hands on learning will provide us with some sense of having been there before when we get our own Superintendent positions.
