Day 1

Very interesting and informative. My small, rural, non-unionized, Iowa perspective makes me appreciate the simplicity of our contract and salary negotiations. I also see many things that I would do differently as superintendent in my district to build upon the current level of trust and professionalism. It's fun to sit here and think our way through collective bargaining without having to put our necks on the line (yet).
